Assumption Catholic Primary School

We are committed to implementing contemporary and evidence-based learning programs which ensure our students are well equipped to become effective learners, work co-operatively with others, and live effectively in a changing world.

Our teachers are highly motivated and committed to raising outcomes for all students through rigorous high impact approaches to teaching, emphasising the engagement and participation of every child in their learning journey. Students benefit from specialist teaching areas including in the arts, sports, and STEM.

When joining Assumption families join a supportive, faith-filled community and are encouraged to get involved. Children and their families form a connection with our early childhood and primary school educators at Little Lanterns Playgroup, and are already part of the school community by the time they commence full time schooling.

We bring our Catholic faith to life in our school by showing our children how to live it every day. We have a close relationship with the parish, with our children undertaking the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Holy Communion, and Confirmation through Our Lady’s Assumption Catholic Parish, Mandurah.
