CEWA is committed to the process of procedural fairness in the investigation and/or review of concerns and complaints. CEWA advocates for maintaining the dignity of all persons. As such, whoever raises a query, concern, or complaint, does so knowing that they are free from prejudice, intimidation, harassment or any detriment.

As a first step, if you have any queries or concerns, engaging with your care provider, your child’s teacher or principal is the best way to start.

For matters that cannot be resolved at a school level, you may choose to connect with CEWA to raise your feedback or complaint.

If you are concerned about the way CEWA has dealt with a complaint, you may contact the Director General of the Department of Education at any time.

Whistleblower Disclosure

A Whistleblower disclosure should be made when there is a belief that CEWA or CEWA staff have engaged in reportable conduct such as corruption, fraud or illegal conduct.
