St Brigid's School

In partnership with parents, St Brigid’s offers a welcoming and supportive environment that enhances learning, nurtures young people and empowers them to live out the Catholic faith. We believe that students learn better, and staff are more effective, when there is a positive, caring culture where relationships and learning are both important.

Our school enjoys a strong relationship with the parish community, and both work together to provide a family-first, parish-based and school-supported sacramental program. Our school curriculum emphasises literacy and numeracy with staff involved in Numeracy Leaders with Dr Paul Swan, Action Research on Feedback as well as a partnership with Speech Therapy, ‘Kids Chatter Matters’.

St Brigid’s has been a nationally recognised KidsMatter School since 2017. We offer a variety of programs and opportunities to our students to enhance their learning – Choir, IT, Japanese, Library, Music, Physical Education, Drama, Literacy Support, and Support Staff. The school has a strong sustainability focus with vegetable gardens for each class, a Cows Creates Careers program for Year Six, Bush Options for Kindy-Year 2 and an Options program for Years 3-6.
