Our Lady of the Cape Primary School DUNSBOROUGH

Our Lady of the Cape Catholic Primary School was established in 1996 within the newly established Parish of Dunsborough. Our school is currently double stream from Kindy to Year 6.

At our Lady of the Cape School, our underlying philosophy is founded on the example of Jesus’ teaching. We encourage all community members not to leave Jesus as merely a person in history but to understand that he does his work through us every day. Our Making Jesus Real values incorporate Compassion, Appreciation, Respect and Excellence into our everyday lives.

Parents are the foremost educators of their child and sending their child to this school they invite the staff to join with them in this privileged task. We, therefore, are obligated to do our best as educators to assist parents in guiding the individual development of their child.

We are fortunate to have a supportive and enthusiastic Parents and Friends Association (P&F) and School Advisory Council. Both groups are invaluable to our school community as they seek to provide resources and opportunities our school would not otherwise be able to access.
